城市中的幼儿总是离自然越来越远,这种距离并不止是空间上的也是时间维度上的。园所内部有一片未被破坏的小树林,这边是整个设计的灵感来源。我们希望通过设计带给小孩子们一片更大森林,也希望通过简单的方式来传达一个简单的道理:我们来自自然,所以我们要更亲近和爱护自然。

Young children in the city are always farther and farther away from nature. This distance is not only spatial but also time. There is an unspoiled grove inside the park, which is the source of inspiration for the entire design. We hope to bring a bigger forest to children through design, and hope to convey a simple truth in a simple way: we are from nature, so we need to be closer and care for nature.

项目为某教育集团在北京开设的第一家幼儿园,选址位于某公园北侧。作为某集团涉足幼儿教育领域的第一个幼儿园项目,业主有着很高的期望和定位,力求打造成为区域范围内的一个标志性精品项目。

 

由于幼儿园招生时间的特殊性,设计和施工周期都十分紧张,从设计师拿到设计任务开始,我们就立即展开了很详细的周边调研和考察。项目为改造项目,现状包含一块与公园接壤的户外空地,和一个四层楼的欧式别墅。在土地资源极度紧张的一线城市,这类改造类型的幼儿园已经渐渐成为了主流趋势。业主要求设计师对景观、室内和建筑立面都进行彻底改造,要满足至少12个班级的教学要求,同时还要在狭小的空地上合理的组织出一个满足所有功能的户外操场。
 

The project is the first kindergarten opened by an education group in Beijing. The site is located on the north side of a park. As a group's first kindergarten project in the field of early childhood education, the owners have high expectations and positioning, and strive to become a landmark boutique project within the region.

Due to the special nature of the kindergarten enrollment time, the design and construction cycle are very tense. From the time the designer got the design task, we immediately launched a detailed investigation and investigation. The project is a renovation project, the current situation includes an outdoor open space bordering the park, and a four-storey European villa. In first-tier cities where land resources are extremely tense, kindergartens of this type have gradually become mainstream trends. The owner asked the designer to completely renovate the landscape, interior and building facades, to meet the teaching requirements of at least 12 classes, and to organize an outdoor playground that satisfies all functions in a small open space.

 


 
经过对业主要求的理解和对场地空间的分析,我们梳理出了这个项目最核心的两个问题,一是在室内外场地面积非常局限的条件下,如何合理的划分空间,在实现所有的功能需求同时还要保证空间品质和特色,二是项目位置位于道路尽头,位置条件并不是特别好,在面对激烈的竞争的条件下如何通过设计节约时间和工程成本,同时保证项目品质让项目在周边区域类脱颖而出。

经过团队的讨论和头脑风暴我们选择了“自然NATURE”作为项目主题的切入点,这得益于项目南侧公园中大片绿植带给我们的灵感,甚至有些树木都长到了项目地块之中。虽然无法将他们全部搬入室内,但是我们可以最大限度的创造自然的氛围。幼儿园是孩子们在成长过程中第一个接触的公共空间。空间的尺度、使用的灵活度以及室内的场景和氛围,对于幼儿的感受和认知都有很大影响。设计要能激发孩子们探索和学习的兴趣,同时要给他们足够的安全感,要有家的感觉,而“自然”便是最好的载体和媒介。我们希望通过设计带给小孩子们一片更大的森林,传达一个道理:我们来自自然,所以我们要更亲近和爱护自然。


After understanding the requirements of the owners and analyzing the space of the venue, we have sorted out the two core problems of the project. First, under the condition that the indoor and outdoor venues are very limited, how to divide the space reasonably and realize all the functions. At the same time, the demand must ensure the quality and characteristics of the space. Secondly, the project location is at the end of the road. The location conditions are not particularly good. In the face of fierce competition, how to save time and engineering cost through design, while ensuring the quality of the project allows the project to The surrounding area class stands out.
 
After team discussion and brainstorming, we chose “Nature NATURE” as the entry point for the project theme, which was inspired by the large green plants in the park on the south side of the project, and even some trees grew into the project plot. . Although it is impossible to move them all indoors, we can create a natural atmosphere to the maximum extent possible. Kindergarten is the first public space that children are exposed to during their growth. The scale of the space, the flexibility of use, and the indoor scenes and atmosphere have a great influence on the feelings and cognition of young children. Design should stimulate children's interest in exploration and learning, while giving them a sense of security, a sense of home, and "natural" is the best carrier and medium. We hope to bring a bigger forest to the children through design, and convey a truth: we are from nature, so we need to be closer and care for nature.
 

 
具体设计上我们以年龄和楼层为设计轴线,对自然元素进行抽象就如同孩子们思维发展的规律一般,由具象到抽象,由表面到本质。四季更替带来的色彩变化成为了空间中不同楼层的主色调,来自然的颜色丰富但不浮躁、质朴但不简单。

In terms of specific design, we design the axis with age and floor. The abstraction of natural elements is like the law of children's thinking development, from figuration to abstraction, from surface to essence. The color change brought by the change of the four seasons becomes the main color of different floors in the space, and the natural color is rich but not impetuous, simple but not simple.

 

 
一层色彩和造型上更加贴近原生态的自然,二层通过对自然形状的简单演化,提取出圆形造型,反应孩子对事物的最单纯的联想。三层将圆形进一步抽象,抽离出带有直线的几何倒角造型,反应孩子对事物形态的理解更加有逻辑性思维,诠释成长的变化。

The layer of color and shape is closer to the original nature, and the second layer extracts a circular shape through the simple evolution of the natural shape, reflecting the child's simplest association with things. The three layers further abstract the circle, extracting the geometric chamfer shape with straight lines, reflecting the children's understanding of the shape of the matter more logical thinking, interpreting the changes of growth.

 

 



 
四层多为特色教室,所有教室都围绕中心活动区展开,中心活动区就如同一场盛大的丛林派对。

通过对自然元素的巧妙运用, 我们希望从色彩和造型、气味、甚至触感等不同的维度去引导小孩子进行探索, 激发他们的灵感。

自然就意味着开放和自由,隔墙会让空间变得局限和封闭,如何解决功能和我们想表达意境之间的矛盾呢?为了解决这一矛盾,同时也为了营造室内欢乐活泼的气氛,我们选择在墙面上开凿看似随意但是经过精心计的孔洞。这些孔洞封闭的空间更加开放和自由,同时增强空间的采光。这些孔洞尺寸模数均参照成人与幼儿的人体尺度,将不同的窗和实墙、孔洞造型进行各种组合,既考虑大人安全观察的需要,更充分考虑了孩子们在活动时的视线关系,透过这些孔洞,他们可以看到“自然中在悄悄发生着的故事”。孩子们也可以随意的穿越它们,如同扒开一片草丛,也仿佛进入一个树洞一般......

In order to solve this contradiction, and also to create a lively and lively atmosphere, we Choose to dig a seemingly random but carefully calculated hole in the wall. The spaces enclosed by these holes are more open and free, while enhancing the daylighting of the space. These hole size modules are based on the human body scale of adults and young children. Different windows and solid walls and hole shapes are combined in various ways, taking into account the needs of adults for safe observation, and taking into account the line-of-sight relationship of children during activities. Through these holes, they can see "the story that is quietly happening in nature." Children can also traverse them at will, just like opening a grass, as if entering a tree hole...

 



 

建筑面积无法增加,而所有功能都必须要满足,最有效的办法就是增加空间的使用效率,整合具有相似性的空间,挖掘空间在层高上的潜力,为此我们做了很多创新性的设计。

 

1、我们把走廊和活动区角这两个功能合二为一,传统幼儿园的走廊往往比较规矩,除了作为交通流线更多时候只是附带一些展示功能。在合并这两个功能的同时把走廊跟教室的隔墙进行有节奏的进退处理,这种巧妙的组合让空间变得更加丰富和富有节奏感,为了营造出丛林深处的效果,各种自然元素被巧妙的组合在了一起,若隐若现的树木、形态各异的动物、互动性区角......通过这种点状场景加适度留白的处理我们希望能够激发孩子们的想象力和创造力。

1. We combine the functions of the corridor and the corner of the activity area into one. The corridors of traditional kindergartens tend to be more regular. In addition to being a traffic stream, they are only accompanied by some display functions. Combining these two functions, the corridor and the classroom wall are subjected to rhythmic advance and retreat processing. This ingenious combination makes the space richer and more rhythmic, in order to create the deep jungle effect, various natural The elements are cleverly combined, looming trees, animals of different shapes, interactive corners... Through this kind of point scene plus moderate whitening, we hope to stimulate children's imagination And creativity.

 






 

2、抽屉式的台阶睡眠区和隔层loft睡眠区的运用,充分挖掘室内空间层高的优势,这种处理能够让睡眠区的空间重复利用,不需要睡觉的时候可以做活动区,同时免除了老师来回搬运床铺的麻烦。但是loft夹层方案在实现上遇到了很多麻烦,老师们普遍认为夹层式儿童活动空间利用效率太低,而且活动空间过小。不利于正常的课程教学。因为寝室在楼上的缘故导致照看小朋友会非常不方便,同时根据管理要求与建筑规范,在夹层也应该设立卫生间,当然最麻烦的还属消防审批,这种灰色区域并不好清晰的界定。即便是这样,我们依然顶着压力做了几个夹层的活动单元模块,因为这种设计对于小朋友来说更有意思更有新鲜感,而且安全性也是完全可以保证的。

Teachers generally believe that the mezzanine children's activity space utilization efficiency is too low, and the activity space is too small. Not conducive to normal course teaching. Because the bedroom is upstairs, it will be very inconvenient to look after the children. At the same time, according to the management requirements and building codes, the toilet should also be set up in the mezzanine. Of course, the most troublesome is the fire approval. This gray area is not clearly defined. Even so, we are still doing a few mezzanine activity unit modules under pressure, because this design is more interesting and fresh for children, and the safety is completely guaranteed.

 




 
户外那片从公园“偷跑出来的树林”自然是景观设计的核心,我们希望将这一抹绿尽可能渗透进园所的所有角落,我们通过新植一些树木把它们同原有的植物连成一片,这样围墙就溶解在了绿色之中不复存在了,幼儿园就如同坐落在丛林之中一样,各种户外设备和功能区角就有机的散落在树丛之间。室外有两个大型变电箱是无法移走的,经过设计师独具匠心的处理,我们把它变成了被困在绿篱中的”大怪兽“,在户外的尽头,设计师做了很多微地形的处理,微地形用一种巧妙的方式阻隔了孩子们的视线,也让户外空间显得没有边际,同时也把孩子的思绪随着地形起伏延伸到没有边际的远方。

The outdoor "stolen forest" from the park is naturally the core of landscape design. We hope that this green will penetrate into all corners of the park as much as possible. We will connect them with the original plants by newly planting some trees. One piece, so that the wall dissolves in the green and no longer exists. The kindergarten is like being in the jungle. The various outdoor equipment and functional corners are organically scattered among the trees. There are two large substation boxes that can't be removed outside. After the designer's original treatment, we turned it into a "big monster" trapped in the hedge. At the end of the outdoors, the designer made a lot of micro terrain. The treatment, micro-topography blocks the children's sight in a clever way, and makes the outdoor space seem to have no margins. At the same time, the child's thoughts extend along the terrain to the far side without margin.
